BABATUNDE SAMUEL OGUNGBEMI
Babatunde is the Chief Executive Officer and MANAGING DIRECTOR/CEO of Victory Technical Services Limited.
He obtained his B.Sc. (Hons) degree in petroleum engineering from the prestigious premier university of Nigeria, University of Ibadan (1985) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration at Enugu State University of Technology, Enugu.

Tunde brought on board over three decades of diversified oilfield experience at both local and international locations.
He started his career with Baker Nigeria Limited (Baker Oil Tools) in Nigeria in 1987. He received workshop as well as field training in Nigeria, Baker Sand Control Training Centre in Houston, Texas, Bakersfield and Los Angeles in California across product lines, such as; Gravel Pack, Baker Packer, Tubing Perforating (TCP), Stimulation Services etc. He served Baker Nigeria (in various capacities) as a Field Engineer, Corporate Quality and HSE Coordinator for the entire Baker Nigeria Limited. He is a regular attendee of the yearly OFF SHORE TECHNOLOGY CONFERENCE (OTC) for onward of five years running and also has attended Canadian version termed GLOBAL PETROLEUM SHOW in Calgary, Louisiana Gulf Oil. He was engaged by SOWSCO Well Services Nig. Ltd as a Technical Manager in year 2001. He held several portfolios in SOWSCO, Business Development Manager, Projects/Technical Manager until 2009 when he was promoted as GM(Operations) following a success story of business growth witnessed during his tenure. He was the MAIN contact for various projects and clients using his across the board sound relationship with oil field active players in SPDC(SHELL), CHEVRON, ADDAX, WALTERSMITH, AGIP, NDPR etc. Following his resignation in Aug 2011, He joined OCO Industrial Services as the General Manager charge with the responsibility of day to days’ business development until August 2014 when he moved to Baker Hughes -Pressure pumping as the Senior Field Operations Coordinator for Cementing, Coil Tubing and Stimulation, Gravel Pack and Miscellaneous Pumping services. ‘Tunde served Baker Hughes until April 2015 when he decided to hoist the flag of delight of Victory Technical Services Limited.

Tunde has been serving Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) as a student member (University of Ibadan Student Chapter Treasurer-1982; President-1984). He received the Distinguished past president award from SPE Richardson 1985, Ex Officio Member Award of section 103 in 2015. He served SPE Section 103 Board severally in time past as; Assistant Secretary and Treasurer in 1991 and 1992 respectively.


TECHNICAL/OPERATIONS
BANKOLE ABIDEMI M:
Bankole Abidemi had his first degree in Industrial Chemistry,1990 (Ogun State University, Ago Iwoye) as well as a – Masters Degree in Business Administration-2005 (Delta State University), and Post Graduate Diploma in Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering-2005(Rivers State University Of Science and Technology).
Bankole’s Office, Field and Management training/Experience started with Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) Warri, Nigeria where he was involved in the analysis of crude oil as well as oil well water samples, design and execution of various stimulating operations and later moved to NOWCAM Services Nigeria Limited as an assistant Stimulation engineer.

He later worked for BJ Services Nigeria limited (bought over by Baker Hughes Inc) as Field /Sales engineer servicing clients such as SHELL, CHEVRON, ADDAX, etc. as well as Halliburton Energy Services Nig Ltd mainly as the Deep water cementing supervisor till June 2007. He later moved back to Baker Hughes as the DISTRICT ENGINEER responsible to all the technical support for Nigeria Geo Market till February 2013. By March 2015, His track record of performance earned him the last Baker Hughes Cross posting assignment as the Operations Manager, Baker Hughes Pressure Pumping – Central Africa Geo Market (i.e Congo, Gabon, DRC, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea and Chad) where he had the responsibility of the business - Profit and Loss account. Bankole is a member of a number of professional bodies, Society of Petroleum Engineers inclusive, and has co-authored several papers published in international conferences. The record of his received award include: “Best Graduating Student” (at the end of his first degree programme), HALLIBURTON AWARD OF EXCELLENCE (MVP Award in Deep Water Cementing Services -July 2005 & April 2006), etc. He has occupying the office of the TECHNICAL/OPERATIONS DIRECTOR of Victory Technical Services since January 2016.

BEN OLUFEMI OGUNBERU:
BEN OLUFEMI OGUNBERU attended the University of Ibadan where he obtained a B.Sc. (Hons) in Petroleum Engineering in 2007. He has about a decade oilfield experience which started from SOWSCO Well Services Nig Ltd, Port Harcourt as a Field Engineer Trainee. He became a Field Supervisor by 2012 when he resigned to join Baker Hughes Pressure pumping as a Field Specialist III.

Femi relocated to the united states in 2013, as a permanent resident to join Schlumberger in Laredo, Texas as Field Supervisor II. He worked at different locations for different clients in South Texas including Chesapeake, Lewis Energy, Anadarko, Stonegates, Marathon Oil, Murphy Oil, Forest Oil) till 2015; he assumed the position of Director Business development by January 2016; Ben is based in Houston to represent the company’s interest globally.


FINANCE TEAM:
OLUSEGUN STEPHEN AYODELE is a chartered accountant with diversified exposure in the finance industries and also a member of the board of Hyeldugal Nigeria Limited. He had his B.Sc. (Accounting) from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria in 1989 and later his MBA (Banking and Finance) from Enugu State University of Technology, Enugu, Nigeria. He is a member of accounting professional bodies such as the Association of National Accountant of Nigeria (ANAN), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Institute of Cost and Management Accountants(ICMA), Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Nigeria, etc. He started his career with Bellhope Plastic Company (during the National Youth Service Corps-1989) as a costing supervisor and later with other organizations: TAFAMED NIGERIA LIMITED, a Clearing and Forwarding company as an accounting officer (August 1992 to May 1994), ABSAF & COMPANY LIMITED as an Admin & Accounts Manager from June 1994 to June 1996, and KALAKU CONSULT LIMITED, Port Harcourt as the AGM OPERATIONS from July 2006 to December 2015. He is the VTS ACCOUNTANT.
